Polishing Metals, plastics Smooth, reflective surfaces

Frequently Asked Questions

Which finish is best for aluminum parts?

Type II anodizing is the most common choice for corrosion resistance and color; Type III hard anodizing is used where wear resistance is needed.

Does finishing affect tolerances?

Yes. Coatings add thickness, so critical dimensions should note whether they apply before or after finishing. Our engineers will flag this in the DFM review.
